1. Platform Overview & Ownership
Siren·Lex ("the Platform", "we", "us") is an AI-powered call intelligence product designed and developed by DVZ Services (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. The Platform provides automated audio transcription, sentiment analysis, speaker identification, quality-assurance scoring, and related analytical outputs derived from audio recordings uploaded by you ("the Client").
All intellectual property in the Platform, including software, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned exclusively by DVZ Services (Pty) Ltd.
2. Best-Effort Accuracy — Important Disclaimer
All transcription, translation, speaker identification, sentiment scoring, honesty analysis, stress assessment, QA scoring, flag detection, and AI-generated summaries produced by the Platform are provided on a best-effort basis only.
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, accents, language switching, and other factors outside our control.
AI-generated analysis (sentiment, intent, stress, honesty, QA scores) reflects probabilistic model outputs and is inherently subject to error.
Speaker identification and diarisation may mis-assign speech segments.
Flags and alerts are heuristic indicators only — they do not constitute a definitive finding of wrongdoing, deception, or policy breach.
Translations and language detection may be inaccurate, particularly for multilingual or code-switched South African speech.
No output from the Platform should be treated as definitive, factual, or legally conclusive.
Verifying the accuracy of all transcripts, scores, flags, and summaries before taking any action based on them.
Not relying solely on Platform outputs when making employment decisions, disciplinary actions, legal proceedings, dispatch decisions, fraud investigations, or any other consequential decisions.
Ensuring a qualified human reviews Platform outputs before they are acted upon in any context where the outcome materially affects a person's rights, employment, safety, or finances.
Ensuring all audio recordings uploaded to the Platform have been lawfully obtained and that all parties to the recordings have been informed as required by South African law (including the Regulation of Interception of Communications Act, 2002).
DVZ Services (Pty) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any decisions made by you or your organisation on the basis of Platform outputs, whether or not those outputs are accurate.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
